This allows us to find property for the client in a specific area of the UK and if the property is not right for that client we will put the property on the agency platform and find a new client. We are very successful in connecting businesses to the right properties that are fit for purpose. This works the same with land and new-build operations and we source land from 2 acres right the way up to 200 acres. This also includes residential and farm land.

Should the client choose a new build, we would source the land and ensure the correct package is put together to allow for building to take place on a turn-key development, either a long lease of 15 years or on freehold basis.

Existing

Should the client opt for an existing property, we would put together a portfolio of suitable properties found using our profound network of contacts. The majority of these options will be off-market to eliminate any extra time and effort spent bidding against others.
